Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes processing timelines, delivery estimates, tracking, and how to report shipping issues.

1) Shipping coverage

We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may have restrictions due to size/weight or carrier limitations.

2) Order processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs extra handling time or becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you.

3) Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)
    Delivery windows are estimates and can change due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

4) Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed when a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship separately with multiple tracking numbers.

5) Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Returned shipments due to address issues may require reshipment fees.

6) Damage, loss, or major delays

Email help@trevormart.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
